What is “BI” or Bodily Injury Coverage?

Bodily Injury Liability Coverage will pay out for damages resulting in Property Damage and Bodily Injury in the event that YOU cause a motor vehicle accident. The limit of coverage should be high enough to cover the other person's medical expenses and property damage. The minimum amount of coverage for bodily injury liability policy required by Colorado law is $25,000 per person, $50,000 per incident but you shouldn't settle for minimums.

What is UM/UIM Coverage?

Uninsured / Under-insured Motorist

UM/UIM is used when another person collides with you, while you are in your vehicle, and does not have insurance or basic liability (Bodily Injury Coverage). If the other individual has no coverage, your own UM/UIM coverage will provide up to your selected limits to pay for medical expenses, pain & suffering and even loss of earnings. Meaning no out of pocket expenses. Your UM/UIM coverage will always match or exceed your BI limits but should never be less. If you choose to decline this coverage, you will most likely be asked to sign a waiver.



MED-PAY or Medical Payment is for any bills that involve medical treatment if you are in an accident on the road or get injured at your home. If you have health insurance, Med-Pay  can pay your deductible. So, if you know you have high deductibles, this would be a great way to avoid any out of pocket expenses.

Response Time

After your information is submitted we will give you a call within 2 hours to have a preliminary discussion about what your interested in getting coverage on. After your needs are established we will indicate any additional information we might need to process an accurate estimate. Once all your information has been gathered, we will follow up with you not more than 24 hours later to discuss your insurance options.
